Hospital Development Department
LifeLink of Puerto Rico, the federally designated OPO to serve the US Virgin Islands, has a Hospital Development Department completely dedicated to educating health professionals on organ and tissue donation processes for transplants. Through this department, educational talks, conferences, and events are coordinated for nurses, supervisors, therapists, doctors, medical directors, hospital administrators and other healthcare professionals with the purpose of clarifying doubts about our processes and collaborating with them before, during and after any donation case that may occur in their hospitals.
